Access is for members only.
Start date Monday 15th November 2007. Starting Pot £1500 but it could just as easily be £15,000 the percentages are the same. The point is to show that you don't have to have a lot of money to learn to trade successfully. It is about learning the correct way from the outset.

 | ftse100trading System |
Here are just the basics to the system and more will be added over time. For every trade placed I give the position size as a percentage whereby every trade is strictly governed by correct money mangement and risk. The MAX. ( 100%) position size is now @ £50 per point ( NB it started at £5 has now grown to £50) The position size is based on both risk and the size of the stop required. EG. If I have a long entry 15 points above the next main support due to not expecting the support to met until much later, then I would need a stop a little lower than that 15 points. Therefore the size of the trade would be 50% as this allows for a stop of 20 points ( 5 points below the last main support just incase it reaches that first).
If for the trade were to be at main support with excellent odds in favour then the position size would be 100% with a max. 10 point stop and so on. I also give the ideal exit and it is more often than not met. However, it could be possible that the entry point maybe revisited first before a large move occurs but the system does not allow a profit to go into a loss and the stoploss is always moved up to breakeven as the price moves in favour. Nearly all system entries given unless stopped out (mostly breakeven if stopped) are usually worth 10-12 points. This being the case unless an exit is posted along with the stop, it can be assumed that most system trades will be closed on average for +10-12 points. I will post at the time ( sometimes before) whether or not I'll be holding for more. The whole point of trading is to make money and it is much better to take regular profits than to try to get the "BIG ONE" everytime. In trading this way, the profits may accrue slowly ( if you class 1000%+ P.A. as slowly, that is :-) ) perhaps more importantly, it is the small stops that ensure against the chance of a large loss occurring which then allows for the profits to accrue more quickly.
